Biographical History

Florence Shepherd Draper (1922-2008) was an active Latter-day saint that enjoyed researching her family history.

Florence Shepherd Draper was born 3 April 1922, in Orem, Utah, to John Shepherd and Florence Pace Shepherd. On 7 March 1942 she married Don R. Draper in Kimball, Nebraska. She and her husband had four children: Richard D. Draper, Linda Draper Smith, Sterling R. Draper, and Kendall J. Draper. Florence Draper was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed doing genealogy and family history and, for much of her adult life, she kept a journal. She and her husband served a mission in the Visitor’s Center of the Idaho Falls, Idaho, Mormon Temple. Don Draper died 26 March 2000.

Florence Shepherd Draper died 29 August 2008.
