Lynn Dixon Taylor (1898-1967) was a businessman, entrepreneur, and real estate developer from Provo, Utah.

Lynn Dixon Taylor was born May 6, 1898 in Provo, Utah to Arthur Nicholls Taylor and Maria Louise Dixon Taylor. He married Celestia Johnson on August 17, 1927 in the Salt Lake Temple. He attended the Timpanogos Grammar School (Provo, Utah) and graduated from Brigham Young High School (Provo, Utah) in 1917.

During World War I, he served in the United States Army, and from 1920-1922 he served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Nortwestern States Mission. Following his return from his mission, he graduated from Brigham Young University in 1923 where he played on the tennis team. During his tenure at BYU he also established the Goldbrickers social club.

As a student, he worked for the Joseph Nelson Architectural Office, and following graduation he took a job with Barker Brothers in Los Angeles, California. Six months later, he returned to Provo, Utah, and took a job as Drapery Department Manage for Dixon-Taylor Russell Company where he also worked as advertising manager. On August 17, 1927, Taylor married Celestia Johnson in the Salt Lake Temple. Two years later, in August 1929, he completed the New York School of Interior Design Decoration training course.

In addition to his work with Dixon-Taylor Russell Company, Lynn Taylor worked as a "special instructor" at BYU where he taught interior design for thirty years. As President of the Bonneville Development Corporation, he was a partner in the development of the Oak Hills subdivision in Provo and was President of the Brickerhaven Corporation. Taylor also designed and constructed several buildings on Provo's Center Street.

Taylor and his wife had five children: John A. Taylor, George T. Taylor, Janice Taylor DeGraw, Lynne Ann Taylor Richards, and Kathryn Taylor Brockbank. He died in Provo, Utah, on July 2, 1967.

George Terry Taylor (born 1949) is the director of training services at the Provo Missionary Training Center.

George Terry Taylor was born in 1949 to parents Lynn Dixon and Celestia Marguerita Johnson Taylor in Provo, Utah. He married Debra Sue Wagstaff and they had six children. Together they served in the Nevada Las Vegas Mission, with Taylor as mission president. He has had various other Church callings and currently works as the Director of Training Services at the Latter-day Saint Missionary Training Center (MTC) in Provo, Utah.
