T. O. Tsakumo letter
Scope and Contents
Handwritten and signed letter, dated May 15, 1958, and addressed to a P. P. Perkins. Tsakumo writes to Perkins in fractured English, thanking Perkins for writing to him, and stating "On last night We stayed Hotel. I was happy. she was a Virgin. I did 3 times through night." This may refer to activities in Tokyo, Japan.
