Scope and Contents
Contains two cassette tapes that contain the oral history of Alice Armena Oliver Shumway and James Barton Ashcroft, who is Farnworth's grandfather. Recordings were made around 1980. Also includes audio transfers of recordings on CD.

Xanthe Farnworth was born March 31, 1956. Farnworth is an English professor at Brigham Young University. She lives in Orem, Utah with her husband, Randy Farnworth.
