The Academic Career series is divided into seven subseries: I. Curriculum Vitae, 2003; II. Reports, 1965-1997; III. Program Review, 1976-1987; IV. Lectures, 1993-1994, n. d.; V. The Bibliographies is divided into two subseries: I. Mexican Project and II. Vanguardism in Latin American Literature—Research Materials. The Mexican Project subseries materials were left in the order that they arrived in. The Vanguardism in Latin American Literature—Research Materials subseries is subdivided into areas of Latin America and then arranged alphabetically. The exception to this arrangement is found at the end of the Miscellaneous sub-subseries where the materials had no discernible order and were left as is.
