Biographical History

Norma Ruth Palmer Blankenagel was born July 2, 1930 in Raymond, Alberta, Canada to Arlo Veslin Palmer and Zina Pearl Heninger. She married Harvey Charles Blankenagel on September 17, 1951 and had five children. She taught in schools in Moab and La Sal.
