Biographical history

Arthur H. Welch (1826-) was the author of theater manuscripts.

Arthur H. Welch was born 8 April 1926, in Cowley, Big Horn, Wyoming, to Frederick Arza and Nora Clyde Huff Welch. He was enlisted in the army during WWII. He married Dixie Ann Jones. Arthur H. Welch was interested in drama performance and wrote about the history of drama.
