Biographical History

David Richard Mitchell (1888-1957) was an educator and school administrator in Utah.

David Richard Mitchell was born on August 10, 1888 to David and Louisa Holindrake Mitchell in American Fork, Utah. After growing into maturity in Utah County, he attended and graduated from Brigham Young University in the 1910s before later entering into graduate studies in both Chicago and the University of Utah. After graduating from University, he eventually taught school in Central Utah and later served as Lehi High School between 1920-1938. In February 1957, he passed away in Lehi, Utah.
