Contains meeting minutes and correspondence of the Utah Administrative Advisory Committee regarding the drafting of the Utah Administrative Procedures Act. There are several drafts of the Act with markings and corrections from various members of the committee. Dates range 1983-1986.

Biographical History

Stephen G. Wood (born 1941) was a professor of law at the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University.

Stephen G. Wood graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's in 1966 and finished a Juris Doctor in 1969. Wood completed a Juridicial Science Degree from Colombia Law University in 1980. Wood married Mary Anne Quinn and they had five children together. Wood was a lawyer in New York, Washington D.C., and in Utah as well as being chair of the Utah Administrative Law Advisory Committee. He also was a professor of law at BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School from 1976 to 2010. During that time as a professor, Wood was Associate Dean for the Law School from 1979 to 1981.
