Contains the life histories of Theo and Mirla Morgan. It relates both of their childhoods and circumstances being raised on ranches in Idaho. Their high school years are covered as well as their marriage, family life, and experience on their own family ranch. Pictures of their family are also included within the book. Materials are dated 2007.

Biographical History

Theo G. Morgan (1928- ) is an American rancher and construction worker from Idaho.

Theo G. Morgan was born on June 25, 1928 in American Falls, Idaho to parents Leon B. and Mamie Morgan. He grew up on his family's ranch and spent his youth working there. In 1944, he moved to Salmon, Idaho to ranch. He married Mirla Whiting on December 10, 1948 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Together they had seven children.

He spent a majority of his life in Salmon where he ranched. In 1961, he and his family moved to Nampa, Idaho. Here he began work as a builder and he is responsible for many of the developments in Nampa. He and Mirla spent their adult lives travelling together. His wife passed away in 2011. He currently lives in Idaho.

Mirla Morgan (1929-2011) was a wife and mother.

Mirla Morgan was born on December 21, 1929 in Pocatello, Idaho to parents Ralph and Irene Snyder Whiting. She lived in Crystal, Idaho until she was three when her family moved to Salmon, Idaho. She helped support her family by working on their ranch. She graduated from Salmon High School.

On December 10, 1948 she married Theo G. Morgan in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Together they had seven children. They lived in Salmon where they ranced until 1961 when they moved to Nampa.

She passed away on October 22, 2011 in Nampa, Idaho where she is buried.
