Scope and Contents

Two carte-de-visit photographs. One image, unidentified photographer, shows two men, probably missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Inscription on verso: "Your two ♯Morman' Sons, John Bowman and Geo W. Plau." The second item, taken by Sutterly Bros. in Salt Lake City, shows an unidentified woman. Penciled on verso: "May be Carrie Wells Beauman?"

Items received from Dean B. Farnsworth on 12 September, 2000. Dean Farnsworth received them from an acquaintance and decided to donate them to BYU. A note accompanying the photos reads, in part, "From Mrs. Walter Falk, Baldwin Ave., Meriden, Ct".
