Biographical / Historical

The Hale family were farmers in northern Utah. Jonathan Hale (1800-1846) joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and his family followed the Church to Utah. Alma Helaman Hale (1836-1908) settled in Grantsville, and later Logan, Utah. His son, Alma Helaman Hale, Jr. (1857-1938), married Elizabeth Presinda Hendricks.

Biographical / Historical

The Hendricks family were farmers in northern Utah. James Hendricks (1808-1870) joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1836, and he and his family participated in the migrations from Missouri to Illinois to Utah. He settled in Richmond, Utah. His son, Joseph Smith Hendricks (1838-1922) raised his families in northern Utah and southeastern Idaho.
