Folder contains cost projections of participating projects within the Colorado River Storage Project in the Western United States and compiled statements concerning the Colorado River Storage Project by Arthur V. Watkins, George D. Clyde, Senator Crippa from Wyoming, and C.B. Jacobson. Also contained in the folder are congressional records pertaining to the Upper Colorado River Storage Project and national defense as well as a conference report of the Foster Creek Division of the Chief Joseph Dam project in Washington. The congressional records are from July 16, 1954 and the other materials originate between 1902 and 1972.
