General Note

Contract. This contract shows that a Mr. F. S. Lack, by January 1, 1901 will pay Sigmund and Clara Heilner $25,000.00 for the Mammoth Gold Mining company, owned by Sigmund and Clara. A sum of $5000.00 is to be paid by May 1, 1900. If the full amount is not paid by January 1, 1901, Sigmund and Clara will resume ownership of the mine. Dated December 19, 1898.
