The Franklin Neighborhood Oral History Project was conducted by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies from 1997 to 1999.

The Franklin Neighborhood Oral History Project was conducted through the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies by Jessie Embry. Twenty-two people were interviewed about living in a downtown Provo neighborhood.
