Report by Utah State University folklore student John Scott, who collected information from Valerie McKinnon. A young boy hangs himself in the attic of his house. Eventually the beam he hangs himself from breaks. Occasionally a green light can be seen through the boards of the attic window, and the cracking of a wooden beam can be heard.
