Letter from Oregon Railway & Navigation Company to Sigmund Heilner. Oregon Railway & Navigation Company have informed Sigmund that the tariff for transport of coal on Union Pacific cars cannot be reduced because of the great hauling weight, car service and empty cars on the return trip. Dated September 17, 1886. Includes a transcription of the letter.
