Scope and Contents

Letter from G. W. Pickett to Sigmund Heilner. Sigmund has lowered his price on the Mammoth mine. G. W. Pickett writes more positively about purchasing the portion of the mine Sigmund wants to sell, but insists on inspection of the mine before purchase. Pickett now stresses his own terms. Dated June 21, 1886. Includes a transcription of the letter.
