Transcription of a letter from Alfred Elfelt to Sigmund Heilner. Alfred writes a discouraging letter to Sigmund who is in Brooklyn, California telling him that the insurance on his burned building is still pending, and there has been no satisfaction on the sale of his business. Dated March 31, 1870.
