Scope and Contents

Letter from Sigmund Heilner to Clara Heilner and children. Sigmund and Samuel Ottenheimer (business partners) sue Julius Durkheimer for embezzling money from them. Money, as much as $80,000 was never recovered. Dated July 10, 1894. Also contains a transcription of the letter.
