Letter from Bell Brow to Sigmund Heilner. Another friend, A.H. Bangle, tells why Sigmund has been waiting to be paid by his insurance company. Sigmund's store has suffered damage from a fire or earthquake. July, 1 1869, A lady friend, Belle Brow, writes a loving letter to Sigmund (Sam) that she would be willing to care for him in his illness. She tells about the coming 4th of July celebration in Brooklyn (California). Dated 30 June 30, 1869. Also contains a transcription of the letter.
