Scope and Contents
Handwritten and signed letter, dated January 20, 1880, and addressed to Albert Carrington. George Reynolds writes about the prospect of prisoners getting passes to get out of prison. Also included is a handwritten and signed reply by R. R. Anderson, dated January 23, 1880, and written on the same page as the Reynold's letter. R. R. Anderson responds that the matter could be addressed by the territorial legislature. This Anderson may have been Rufus Anderson.
