Scope and Contents
Legal document of Stephano Picenardi for the creditum of Capella di Picenardi to his son, Zacaria Picenardi. Zacaria is to appeal to the public for its approval and agreement before habitation of property. He is to gain rightful ownership through the court of attachments. The deed outlines the arguments why Zacaria is to have ownership of the property with the last argument being that the property has been in ownership of the Picenardi family since 690. The document was notarized by Raynaldus in the public court of Cremona in 1481.
