Legal deed of Stefano Picenardi in the division of property amongst three heirs. The deed states that three sons will receive the property divided three times over. The property in discussion is the heirs' place of birth.
Notarized in the public court of law, the deed was written by a Jacobus in July of 1483. The deed was dictated by Stefano to the public courts in Mantua, Italy.
