Scope and Contents
Deed of Leonardo Picenardi (1449 August). The deed disperses specific crops of his property to a faithful Rector, Stefano Picenardi. The deed mentions the entrusting of the family garnets and riches. Additionally the deed specifically mentions the dividing up of a vineyard and a grouping of fig trees.
The deed was notarized by Johan and Jacob in a public court of law in 1498.
