Scope and Contents

Materials include a letter to "Brother and Sister" (William Wines and Sally Phelps) from an unknown author (probably one of Phelps's siblings). The letter speaks of "our parents" and asks to hear from Sally, Sabrina, and Mehitable. It also gives news about Phelps's father's family. Undated, but from approximately 1835-1853.
