Biographical History
Joshua K. Whitney (1835-1902) was a Mormon farmer in Utah.
Joshua Kimball Whitney was born on February 13, 1835 in Kirtland, Ohio to Newel Kimball Whitney and Elizabeth Ann Smith. He emigrated to Utah where he worked as a farmer and cattle dealer. In 1857 he married Ann Longstroth (1837-1926) in Ohio, and they had four children. He died on January 26, 1902 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
