Richards, 24 February 1855; Erastus Snow to Richard Ballantyne, 7 May 1855, asking Ballantyne to help Henry P. Phelps, a missionary, make the overland trip to Utah with help from the PEF; and, Stephen Markham to Brigham Young, 15 April 1855, including names of people the PEF is to help come to Utah that year.
