Scope and Contents
Diary written by Oliver Boardman Huntington between November 1846 and March 1847. Entries describe his work as a missionary in England in the Clitheroe Conference, as well as his interactions and teaching in the area. Includes references to Orson Hyde, strife in the mission, the death of his father, the Irish potato famine, Heber C. Kimball, false prophets, re-baptism, and a farewell party for Elders Pratt, Hyde, and Taylor.
