Contains Ann's personal files, including: daily journals, desk calendars, and other autobiographical material; early life memorabilia and school papers (elementary through university); personal and professional correspondence; manuscript files, primarily poetry, but also articles and shorts stories (including the collection 'Campfire Frontier'), plays and radio dramas (My Wife Shall Be A Lady, One More American, Quenched Fire, Son of Bird Woman, etc.), other radio programs, and music; correspondence with publishers; research files, including notes from writing conferences, lectures, etc., peers' writings, original source materials (manuscripts, correspondence, etc.), photostats & photocopies, excerpts and transcripts, and personal notes; society papers and periodicals (poetry and other literary societies (including Colorado Poetry Fellowship, National Federation of State Poetry Societies, Poetry Society of Colorado, Utah State Poetry Society, World Congress of Poets, Colorado Authors' League, National League of American Pen Women, etc.), as well as academic, historical, civic, social, religious, etc.; and family papers (correspondence, association materials, family diaries and other writings, and memorabilia).

Biographical History
LeRoy R. Hafen (1893-1985) was the director of the Colorado State Historical Society and professor of history at Brigham Young University.
