Submitted by BYU student Micahel Lee for his English 391 fall course for Dr. Eric Eliason. Contains cover essay, autobiographical sketch, and contributor interviews. A collection of Chinese American food recipes and a discussion on how those recipes developed and diverged from traditional Chinese cuisine.
