Scope and Contents
Contains various documents related to Smith's service as chaplain during World War I. Includes letters and telegrams to and from parents and other family members of soldiers Smith was to oversee. Also includes copies of letters from Smith to camp and church leaders. Also includes minutes of the chaplain's meetings held at Camp Lewis and two articles from the "Juvenile Instructor" on Smith's service as chaplain. Dated 1918-1926.
