A Letter from Mrs. Thomas Morris (Sarah Kane) to her nephew John K. Kane regarding the Kane and Kent Families. Foreword by William Wood indicates that the “letter” was “printed from the original in possession of the widow of Major-General Thomas L. Kane, and with her permission by her father (William Wood),” includes family history “interesting to the descendants of John Kane and his wife Sybil Kent,” marginal notes on several pages, printed and bound in soft-cover folders, 2 copies included. Originally written October 6, 1851-June 25, 1852, date of production not identified.
