A letter from Sarah Oakey Sirrine in Dingle, ID to her husband George Sirrine in Mesa, AZ. The letter is a brief note to George announcing the birth of Mamie with an enclosed lock of hair. This was probably inserted into Hyrum's longer note of the same event. Dated September 5, 1896.
