A letter from Hyrum Oakey in Dingle Dell, Idaho to his sister Sarah Oakey in Salt Lake City or Ogden. The letter contains news that the family spent Christmas and New Years in Paris, ID. There is a funny poem about their dog that died and messages from other family members. Dated January 3, 1875.
