Scope and Contents

Original letter from Joseph C. Rich in Great Salt Lake City, Kaysville to Mary Cooper Oakey. Letter received shortly after arrival in Utah. Elder Rich is forwarding a letter from "our Jim," (her husband James Oakey, who remained another year in England before immigrating) and some papers from Nottingham. He has not yet written "that letter to Mary." Mother sends her greetings.
