Materials include Emmeline B. Wells's handwritten original diary from the year 1905. Although the diary is about 1905 it was written in 1906. The diary focuses on day-to-day events and concerns about Emmeline's family, church, community, and business. It also includes descriptions of friends, parties, gatherings, and holidays. This diary has notes about Church meetings, sermons, and events. It mentions numerous Church meetings with Joseph F. Smith, George H. Brimhall, and other prominent Church leaders. It also contains some of Emmeline's notes from them. Dated 1905-1906.
