Letter from Lalande in Belgium to Mme. Dupiery in Paris on May 16, 1802. Lalande continues his work on the chemistry table. He is specifically continuing the work of Boudouin. However, while staying with Gohier in Belgium he is forcibly removed over a disagreement. Lalande claims Gohier to be both a hypocrite and scoundrel. Lalande also mentions a new muse in Mme. Foliveau.
