Derek Jensen is a student in the 2004 folklife field school, Fruits of Their Labors: The Orchards in Utah Valley. He is also a curator at L. Tom Perry Special Collections at Brigham Young University and is from Orem, Utah.
Catherine McIntyre is a student in the 2004 folklife field school, Fruits or Their Labors: The Orchards in Utah Valley. She is the archivist/librarian at Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah.
Scott Smith grew up in a farming family. He currently works in his orchards full time. He sells his fruit at a stand near his home. He enjoys talking about his ancestors and their accomplishments. His farm is in Provo, UT.
