Derek Jensen is a student in the 2004 folklife field school, Fruits of Their Labors: The Orchards in Utah Valley. He is also a curator at L. Tom Perry Special Collections at Brigham Young University and is from Orem, Utah.

Catherine McIntyre is a student in the 2004 folklife field school, Fruits of Their Labors: The Orchards in Utah Valley. She is the archivist/librarian at Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah.

Biographical History

Ray Allred is a retired orchard grower. His father was a farmer also and at that point their lands were in Provo, UT. Now he lives in Payson,UT and has farm property there. His fruit stand is still in Provo. His daughters are in charge of the farming currently.
