Materials contain a letter written by Judith M. Petrello to Pat Rushton, head of Brigham Young University's College of Nursing. Letter discusses her responsibilities as a nurse in Okinawa, Japan, for soldiers returning from Vietnam. Letter was written as part of the Nurses at War Project. Also talks about a tour from 1965-1967 in which she recruited nurses from Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. Also talks about the Walter Reed Army Institute of Nursing at the University of Maryland. Dated June 18, 2003.
