Scope and Contents

Photograph of an older man with a full head of white hair combed mostly to one side of his head. He is wearing a medium toned dark suit with a dark vest and black bow tie. There are a few finger prints on the photograph itself. The photograph was taken by M. P. Simons of Philadelphia.
