Scope and Contents
People walking down the center of the street with buildings on both sides of the street. On the right side there is a building with a round dome roof and round windows on the top, identified as the Call Building. The building on the left is identified as the Mutual Bank building. Beside it is a building with a flag waving on the top of it. In the foreground on the left side of the street there are large poles sticking out surrounded by rubble.
