Augusta Bowen Cleveland Smith (1828-1903) was a housewife and mother.

Augusta Bowen Cleveland Smith was born on December 7, 1828 in Cincinnati, Ohio to parents Joseph and Sarah Kingsley Cleveland.

She married John Lyman Smith and together they had four children. She traveled west with her family to the Salt Lake Valley in 1847.

She passed away on March 27, 1903 in Hayden, Idaho. She is buried in St. George, Utah.

The materials relate to family matters. Also included are letters from the Mormon apostle, George Albert Smith, to John L.Smith that deal with George's Mormon Church-related activities.
