Martha Maria Elsmore Ball (1876-1960) was a mother, city treasurer and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Martha Marie Elsmore was born January 2, 1876 to Nephi and Alice Fryer Elsmore in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Robert Ball on September 2, 1896 and they had six children together. Martha was a Lehi city treasurer, and active member of the Church, a mother, and a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Martha died on May 6, 1960 in Lehi, Utah.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Nephi Elsmore was born in 1850 in England. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1868. He married Alica Ellen Fryer in 1873, and the new couple moved to American Fork, Utah. He died in 1911. Also included is a poem by Laura L. Timpson dedicated to the Elsmore family.
