Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Samuel Kendall Gifford was born in New York in 1821 and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saints. He migrated to Utah in 1850, settled in Washington County, Utah, had four wives, and died in 1907.

Scope and Contents Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. This item was "narrated by her daughter, Mary Grant Marshall written by camp historian Laura Logie Timpson." Elizabeth Williams was born in Wales in 1838. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1856 with the Bunker handcart company.
