Biography of Prudence Bourne Dean, wife of Samuel Dean
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Prudence Bourne was born in 1854, the first white child to be born in American Fork, Utah. She married Samuel Dean in 1871 and had 10 children. She died in 1932.
Biography of Samuel Dean : pioneer, came to Utah in 1863
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typed autobiography. "Taken from notes written by himself. Read by: June Shelley Wright Feb. 10, 1938." Dean was born in 1851 in England. After his family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he migrated to Utah in 1863 and settled in American Fork. He married Prudence Bourne in 1871, and they had 10 children. He died in 1934.

Biographical sketch of William Boyer Shelley
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. William Boyer Shelley was born in 1819 in England, married Jane Dunn in 1845, and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1849. He migrated to the United States in 1851 and came to Utah in 1852 where he settled in American Fork. He died in 1868.
