Rebecca Rosetta Peterson Bean (1891-1976) was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, wife and mother.

Rebecca Rosetta Peterson Bean was born on April 2, 1891 to Ole Johanes Peterson and Julia Maria Hansen Peterson in Richfield, Utah. She married Willard Washington Bean on September 18, 1914 and they had four children: Palmyra, Alvin, Dawn, and Kelvin. Rebecca lived in the Joseph Smith house from 1915-1939. She died on June 25, 1976 in Provo, Utah and was buried in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Typewritten talk given in the fall of 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rebecca Bean lived in the Joseph Smith house from 1915 to 1939. She talks about the anit-Mormon sentiments of many of her neighbors and tells about how she and her husband, Willard Washington Bean, coped with these issues.
