Biographical History

Harriet Fowler Allen (1856-1944) was a immigrant, pioneer and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Harriet Fowler Allen was born on February 4, 1856 to William Fowler and Ellen Bradshaw in Gloucester, England. The Fowler family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in England, immigrated to the United States, and travelled to Utah with the Daniel D. McArthur company in 1863. She was married to Charles Albert Allen in 1874 and had nine children. Harriet passed away on June 11, 1944 in Rexburg, Idaho.
