Printed, handwritten, and signed certificates of appointment. Wilson appoints Holden C. Richardson as "a Member of the Advisory Committee for Aeronautics" in 1915. The item is signed by Wilson and William Jennings Bryan, secretary of state. Wilson appoints Duncan LaMont as postmaster at Colorado City, Colorado in 1916. The item is signed by Wilson and Albert S. Burleson, postmaster general.

One of the item is not dated while the other two are dated 2 April 1898 and 22 May 1897. Bryan responds to Walker's suggestions that he write on certain topics. Bryan writes two undated letters to Mr. Seerley and asks for a couple of favors. Bryan also writes to Alston Ellis on 4 April 1896 and declines an invitation. Bryan also writes to Arthur S.
